About Chelsea Banaszek

With a lifetime of experience living in Armonk, New York as an area native, Chelsea Banaszek is a second-generation real estate professional offering a breadth of knowledge on the local market and its surrounding communities, including Bedford, Chappaqua, Pleasantville, Katonah, and Northern Westchester. 

A proven expert within the local neighborhoods, Chelsea couldn’t wait to start working as a marketing associate in the industry in 2015. She spent two years working as a Real Estate Marketing Associate in New York City, assisting agents and the corporate office with all of their marketing needs. From there, she branched out to help other Westchester County agents as a consultant and then became licensed herself in 2020. 

Once Chelsea received her license, she joined her mother’s team at Compass, and the pair have made quite the dynamic duo ever since. Together, they reach all generations of home buyers, sellers, and renters. Chelsea’s mother has almost two decades of industry experience. She is an expert in all client-facing duties. Chelsea has the hands-on know-how to utilize Compass’s cutting-edge technology to create innovative marketing strategies, making sure they deliver the highest quality service possible to their clients. 

Notorious for her friendly persona, creative problem-solving, and diligence, Chelsea takes great pride in helping clients find the right home. She handles all of the business’s operations including day-to-day marketing and administrative duties, like networking, advertising, listings, and other essential tasks. She excels at tailoring marketing strategies to fit each client. Chelsea brings an unmatched understanding of a competitive market that only someone raised in the area can provide. 

Chelsea received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Elon University and is a Certified Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness Teacher and is currently training to be a Yoga Therapist. She has lived between Central America and NYC for years and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, yoga & meditation, writing, reading, and exploring her beautiful natural surroundings. She has led yoga retreats in the Hudson Valley, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Morocco.
