"I’ve been involved in nearly a dozen real estate transactions over the years - purchases, sales, and rentals by me and by others. Even though I’ve been generally satisfied with each of these, I have never encountered a better real estate agent than Aurora. We first met her when we were looking for a short-term rental after moving out of NYC into Westchester County. She helped us locate and then gobble up a property that was just right for our needs, with maximum or efficiency and appropriate pricing and location. My wife and I started our home search about one year later. Aurora valiantly showed us about fifty properties, each of which appeared on the web to satisfy our search criteria, but upon viewing them, did not. After a year of searching with Aurora, she took us back to a property that we had earlier rejected, and it ultimately became our new home. Aurora was fantastic throughout. She is a life-long resident of the area, so she is familiar not only with the landmarks but also with the real estate transactions and trends of the last thirty years. She has her ear carefully tuned to the market, so we could be assured that none of our few offers was excessive. She is plugged in to all the local real estate service providers for moving. Inspections, construction, legal work, and decorating, so whenever we needed a recommended business, she always had a list for us. As with many closings, we encountered a few bumps in the road, but Aurora knowing how much we wanted our current house, she easily and successfully navigated us through them. Moreover, Aurora is a delight to work with. Not only is she always available and prompt in answering questions, but she has a wonderful personality She is upbeat, optimistic (but not overly so), and always considerate of her client’s needs before her own.
